Thai Coconut Chicken Curry Production process

Fixings:
1 tbsp additional virgin olive oil

1 chime pepper, cleaved

2 huge chicken bosoms, cut into solid shapes

1 can full-fat coconut milk

1 tbsp natural curry powder

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp ocean salt (more whenever wanted)

1 tsp minced ginger

1/2 cup natural chicken stock or 1 scoop chicken stock powder

1 tsp custard flour

1/4 cup new cilantro, hacked

1/4 lime, for serving

Discretionary: To thicken the sauce, include an additional 1-2 tsp custard flour

Discretionary: Add 1 cup carrots, zucchini, and additionally bamboo shoots (these are low-FODMAP veggies)

Guidelines:
Stage 1: In a huge skillet, sauté the chime pepper in olive oil.
